Terms of Service

Effective July 9, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of this platform ("Platform Provider," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the multi-tenant storefront platform, including any store you create on it (the "Service"). By creating an account, provisioning a store, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Tenant," "you") agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to open a store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by staff accounts you invite to your store.

2. Your store and your responsibilities

You control the content, products, pricing, and policies of your storefront. You are solely responsible for:

  • The lawfulness, accuracy, and quality of the goods or services you list;
  • Complying with consumer protection, advertising, and product-safety laws that apply to your storefront and your customers;
  • Calculating, collecting, and remitting any taxes owed on your sales;
  • Fulfilling orders, handling returns, and providing customer support to your buyers;
  • Not listing items or engaging in conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

We are a technology provider to your store. We are not a party to the sales contract between you and your buyers unless a specific feature (for example, a supported payment gateway) states otherwise.

3. Fees and billing

Stores may operate on a free tier or a paid subscription tier that unlocks white-label branding and related features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. We may change subscription pricing prospectively with notice posted to your store settings or sent to your account email.

4. Your content and our license

You retain all rights to the product listings, images, branding, and other content you upload to your store ("Tenant Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and process Tenant Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your buyers. We claim no ownership over Tenant Content. The Service's underlying software, design, and the Platform Provider's own trademarks are our property and are not licensed to you beyond what is needed to operate your store.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers you may choose to connect, including payment processing (for example, Stripe) and transactional email (for example, Resend). Your use of a connected third-party provider is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or service interruptions. Where you supply API keys or credentials for a third-party provider, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a store's public availability where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or in response to an unresolved abuse report, pending your response or correction. We may terminate a store for uncured violations, prolonged non-payment on a paid tier, or at your request. Termination begins a 30-day grace period during which the store remains suspended but recoverable; after that period, tenant data is scheduled for permanent deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time before deletion completes.

We may also disable, reclaim, or modify a store's subdomain, with or without advance notice, where we reasonably believe it is necessary for security reasons (for example, to stop an attack, prevent abuse, or protect the platform's infrastructure), to resolve a trademark or other intellectual-property conflict, or for other reasons necessary to operate or protect the Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to migrate to a replacement subdomain.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM PROVIDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform Provider harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your store, your Tenant Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including intellectual property, product liability, and consumer protection claims brought by your buyers.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where required by law, notified to you in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Prior versions remain available for reference.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by the Platform Provider, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts or forum designated by the Platform Provider for that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
