Acceptable Use Policy
Effective July 9, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the goods, services, content, and conduct that are not permitted on the platform. It applies to every store and every account, and it is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference. We may update prohibited categories as laws change or new risks emerge; the current version always governs.
1. Prohibited categories
- Firearms, ammunition, and firearm components.
- Controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
- Counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or items infringing intellectual property rights.
- Stolen goods.
- Hazardous materials, including explosives, radioactive materials, and certain regulated chemicals.
- Live animals and most animal products.
- Adult content involving minors in any form. Other adult content must comply with applicable law and is subject to platform-side review.
- Items or services facilitating fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Goods or services sanctioned under applicable export-control or trade-sanction regimes, or sales to sanctioned individuals, entities, or regions.
- Multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive money-making offers.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Misrepresenting product condition, origin, authenticity, or ownership.
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or search ranking, including through fake accounts or paid fake reviews.
- Circumventing the platform's payment, shipping, or messaging systems to avoid fees or oversight.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against buyers or platform staff.
- Submitting fraudulent abuse reports or otherwise abusing the reporting process.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's infrastructure or other tenants' stores.
3. Reporting violations
Anyone, including buyers and other tenants, can report a suspected violation through the platform's abuse report form. We review reports and may request additional information from the reporter or the affected store.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in removal of the offending listing, immediate suspension of the store with a stated reason and an audit-trail note, or, for repeated or severe violations, scheduled deletion of the store after a 30-day grace period as described in our Terms of Service. We may take action without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or preserve the integrity of the platform.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
