Questions sellers ask
Do I need technical skills?
No. Products, prices, and photos are all simple forms in your store admin, with no theme code. A custom domain means updating a DNS record, and card payments mean pasting two keys from your Stripe dashboard.
Who processes payments?
On White Label, Stripe processes cards on your own Stripe account, so payouts go straight to you. Stripe's standard card rate applies and we take nothing. Stripe collects the card details, not us. On any plan you can also take Venmo or Cash App directly, or send an invoice.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Your Stripe account, payouts, and domain are already yours, and you can cancel anytime. There is no self-serve export yet, so email [email protected] and we'll send you your catalog and order data.
What does the free tier really include?
A store on a SellersForge subdomain, unlimited products, a storefront and checkout, and no platform transaction fee. Buyers pay you by Venmo, Cash App, or invoice. White Label adds your own domain, Stripe card payments, and branded emails, and removes our branding.
Do I have to host anything?
No. Sellers Forge is fully hosted, so there is no server, plugin, or security patch for you to manage.
How do branded emails work?
On White Label, order and shipping emails go out from your own domain once you verify it as a sending domain in your email settings. Until then, they use our sender.
Why I built this
I kept watching small sellers lose money to monthly fees, paid apps, and transaction cuts. So I built a store where the platform takes nothing.
